Refresh your browser. During testing nearly all occasional glitches could be resolved with a browser refresh.
The game is slow
This game is designed for hi-speed internet connections. If you are using a rocket stick or another brand of mobile internet stick, a "high-speed lite" connection, or if you have your laptop tethered to your iPhone - the game should work, but may be slower than normal. Dial-up internet connections have not been tested and may not work at all.
Which browsers are supported?
The game has been tested with PC Internet Explorer 7 and 8 (IE 6 is not supported), Mac Safari 4+, Google Chrome 6 (may work in earlier versions) and Firefox 3.5+. NOTE: There is a bug in Firefox that prevents players from viewing their Stats and Scores. We recommend using Chrome, Safari or Internet Explorer. Other browsers may work. If you encounter specific problems, please let us know!
How do I view Stats & Scores?
OCT 11 - There is currently a bug in Firefox that is preventing players from viewing the Scores and Stats panels. We are working on this. In the meantime, Chrome, Safari and IE all seem to be working properly.
You need to be in the game to view stats and scores. Click on play. Once the game has loaded, you can click on the Scores button to view a list of top scores by day, week, major prize period or all time. You must join a game before you can view your Stats. Redeem a code and start playing, then you can view your Stats.
